Technical Support

Our highly skilled and experienced field service engineers are your first line of defense in resolving hardware or software problems on site. At world headquarters our technical operations team supports both field service engineers and customers and is the interface with our engineering and manufacturing organization. Organized geographically and by product line, the team helps resolve systems and process issues by phone or on site to support our customer and field service team.

As a customer of Varian you'll be familiar with your area representatives from the start, for the team manages installation planning and site surveys. If you're introducing a new tool or process to your line, a Varian Installation Support Team works on site to quickly integrate your implanter into production.

Closer to the development and manufacture of new implant systems and products, Technical Operations writes technical support documentation to inform customers and field service engineers of new procedures and equipment changes.
